I'm overwhelmed by resources and don't know where to start.
THEre's a lot of information out there on wellbeing and resilience. i'd like some help finding research-based tools.
wellbeing is a priority, but It's hard to find the time to research the best solutions and supports.
the pandemic has made even more clear the importance of wellbeing; i want to support myself and my family/colleagues/students.
Take care of your own wellbeing while you listen to a private podcast introducing you to tailored content on wellbeing and resilience research. Enjoy learning while you exercise, as you cross items off your to-do list, or as you pursue a hobby you love! Engage in the reflection prompts and increase your self-awareness, or take a deeper dive into the curated resources and episode show notes that most interest you.
Connect with your colleagues to discuss what you have learned, aha-moments you may have experienced, and any new insights.
